What do beginning musicians (of any age) want to do most when they decide to play an instrument? They want to play songs that they recognize and enjoy. Now, how do we get them there? We make it fun! Yes. Music lessons can be fun. We teach kids to listen and learn “phrases” so that they can come back and remember the “phrases” by ear.
